Know More About One Yacht Wellness

One Yacht Wellness was founded by Alessandra, a wellness professional with over a decade of experience working on board yachts as a yoga instructor, massage therapist, somatic coach and personal trainer.

Based in Sardinia during the summer season, Alessandra began receiving requests in 2013 to teach yoga on board yachts cruising around Porto Cervo and the La Maddalena Archipelago. Over the years, her work expanded internationally, supporting yacht charters across the Mediterranean — including Greece, the Balearic Islands and Croatia — as well as in the Caribbean and Florida.

Through years of experience working closely with crews and guests, she identified a recurring challenge: the difficulty for yachts to quickly find trusted, highly skilled freelance wellness professionals.

One Yacht Wellness was created to bridge this gap — offering a curated network of experienced practitioners available for on-board services across the Mediterranean, whether for scheduled charter experiences or last-minute wellness requests.
